Job Summary :
A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Southern California market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to promote patient safety solutions.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales experience and a track record of exceeding goals in competitive markets. Prior medical or healthcare sales experience is a plus, but not required were open to driven sales professionals ready to break into healthcare and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and Generate Leads : Identify and engage surgeons, hospitals, and ASCs through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build Relationships : Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with clinical and administrative decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and present tailored neuromonitoring service solutions that align with safety and compliance goals.
- Close Sales : Negotiate service agreements and deliver results aligned with company growth objectives.
- Educate and Present : Conduct informative presentations and in-services for surgeons and staff on the value of neuromonitoring.
- Market Awareness : Monitor trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technology in the IONM and surgical services space.
- Internal Collaboration : Partner with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Performance : Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM tracking.
- Industry Engagement : Represent the company at medical and professional events to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in business, life sciences, or related field.Experience :Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experienceProven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals.Experience selling to hospitals or professional service clients a plus.Skills :Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Self-starter with a consultative sales style and a growth mindset.Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Other Requirements :
Willingness to travel regionally or nationally to meet clients and attend events.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Ability to meet credentialing standards for hospital or surgical center access.Compensation and Benefits :
Base Salary : $70,000 annually.Commission :20% commission
