As the Partner Alliance Manager you will be responsible for managing the business-to-business relationship with assigned partners and vendors. You will oversee product offerings, rebates, contracts and yearly certifications to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and align with Winning Together values.
- Manage the relationship with partner(s) and Computacenter United States Inc. to build the brand and grow the business.
- Develop a strategic plan for overall growth and engagement with Computacenter.
- Drive change, innovation and growth across partner programs.
- Optimize front- and back-end processes for partner-specific items such as rebate programs and partner-specific solutions.
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast strategic changes and track key metrics.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues and provide appropriate support to internal team members.
- Identify opportunities to negotiate additional discounts and programs.
- Manage and track partner rebates.
- Communicate partner programs and processes to internal departments.
- Coordinate marketing and engineering activities as funding liaison.
- Maintain certification and partner requirements.
- Facilitate internal and external QBR / Business Partner meetings for assigned partner(s).
- Assist with customer-facing meetings regarding end-user programs.
- Support new vendor qualification and onboarding.
- Maintain and improve business profitability within assigned partner lines.
- Incorporate new products into business lines when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support Computacenter's mission and core values.
What you have
5–7+ years' experience with a technology company in service delivery within the IT industry.Demonstrated experience working in a challenging environment.Strategic experience enabling partners and vendors to increase sales and enhance relationships.Legal eligibility to work in the United States.Ability to assess potential growth in partner relationships.Contribution to the organizational vision and strategy, initiating and leading collaborative forums to achieve strategic goals.Understanding of current and emerging market trends, geographic and cultural needs.Capability to develop strategy and implement lessons learned in future deals.Drive innovation in deal constructs with the business.Drive continuous improvement through creation of new metrics based on current performance.What you can expect
