A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support ongoing platform enhancements within the ClaimCenter team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder analysis and document business requirements, including user stories and success criteria
Create business cases, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and assist with backlog refinement
Participate in User Acceptance Testing and align with the Product Owner on Agile best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in claims, operational support, project management, or IT delivery / implementation
Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter is preferable
Experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing queries
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and Databricks
Understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to interpret JSON structures
