Job descriptionDays : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM Nights : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM Schedule Options : Full-time or weekend-only coverage available for local candidates Credentialing : 60–90 days (clean files eligible for temporary privileges) ICU Beds : 36 Days : 2 MDs / APPs Nights : 3 MDs / APPs Daily Census per Provider : ~15 patients Code Response : Required EMR : Epic Certified Critical Care Nurse Practitioner Active, unrestricted Wisconsin NP license with clean file preferred Proficient in ICU-level procedures, ventilator management, and high-acuity patient care Flexible for day or night shifts; weekend-only option available for those local to Racine Able to integrate quickly into a collaborative ICU team and adapt to startup workflows Be part of a new program launch with opportunities to influence best practices Work in a modern, well-equipped ICU with strong physician and nursing support Competitive weekly pay with malpractice coverage provided Travel and lodging provided for eligible non-local candidates Connect with fellow locum professionals through online forums, networking events, and support groups, fostering camaraderie, collaboration, and shared learning experiences.
