Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Greater Houston. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice and representation, conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and advocate on behalf of clients. Responsibilities include assisting with business immigraiton law matters (E-1, E2, L1, O1, TN, P, EB1 EB2, PERMs, EB5) analyzing legal issues and collaborating with legal assistants to ensure clients’ needs are met effectively.

Knowledge and expertise in Business Immigration Law, including E

1, E2, L1, O1, TN, P, EB1, EB2, PERMs, EB5

Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Research

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admittance to the bar in Texas or California

Proven ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail

Prior experience in a law firm or relevant legal role is preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
