We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex legal matters. The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of experience, with demonstrated skill in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Our practice includes a broad range of civil litigation matters, including Insurance Defense, Premises Liability Defense, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Trucking, and Wrongful Death. We value professionalism, independence, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision. This position offers a strong bonus structure, meaningful mentorship opportunities, and the flexibility of three remote workdays each week.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and revise legal pleadings, motions, and briefs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and before government agencies.
• Prepare and argue pre-trial motions, conduct and defend depositions, and participate in trial proceedings as needed.
• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including first-party and third-party claims, across practice areas such as Insurance Defense, Premises Liability Defense, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Trucking, and Wrongful Death.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear analysis on complex legal issues.
• Interpret and apply relevant laws, rulings, and regulations to support client matters.
• Provide clients with sound legal advice regarding their rights, obligations, and potential risks.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward efficient resolution of disputes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards, ethical obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform administrative and case-management tasks essential to the effective practice of law.
