Your role as an Implementation Manager (Operations Engineering)

Key responsibilities :

• Plan and manage all activities and resources for the implementation and execution of a new site.
• Manage the implementation budget within the approved guidelines and approvals.
• Create resource plans for the implementation team and support operational team planning.
• Manage the on-site implementation team during the startup of new sites.
• Deliver the implementation of the operational solutions for each new warehouse or project.
• Coordinate with LS / IT teams and WMS Program Managers to ensure software implementation aligns with planning and customer requirements.
• Oversee training delivery with key suppliers, WMS team, implementation team, and safety teams.
• Develop and manage transition plans for new customer flows and volumes with the Site Operations Team.
• Recruit and support the new site team alongside the Site Manager and HR.
• Support site startup KPIs to meet operational standards and agreements.
• Assist in implementing new clients and smaller projects within existing warehouses.

Education / Certification

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred but not required.
