Building Remediation Project Manager / Inspector

MC is currently seeking a Building Remediation Project Manager / Inspector to join our Baltimore office. Both mid-level (3+ years) and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Please email resumes, any sample work you wish to include to be considered.

Qualifications :

• Work authorization (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering (Required).
• Registered EIT, PE (Preferred).
• Willingness to travel : 60% to 80% (Required)

Hours and Compensation :

Base Pay : $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (bi-weekly pay for 80 hours + hourly beyond 80 hours)

Supplemental Pay : Bonus pay (up to twice a year). Hourly overtime pay. Reimbursement for travel to and from job sites.
