Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Software Engineer (Scrum Master) to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage scope, process, timelines, and metrics for multiple development pods while resolving conflicts and facilitating team communication

Coordinate agile ceremonies including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Coach team members and stakeholders in agile practices and guide teams to improve their agile maturity

Required Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience as a hands-on Scrum Master for multiple agile development pods

First Level Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is required

Familiarity with software development and prioritization methodologies

Mid-level knowledge of Scrum techniques and agile frameworks

Awareness of Agile techniques such as TDD, BDD, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
