We are looking for a motivated, process-oriented Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to support and manage virtual machines (VMs), hardware, software, and network infrastructure across both internal and customer-facing environments. In this role, you will work closely with IT, QA, and Development teams both domestically and internationally to build and maintain test and production environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless workflow. This is an entry-level role with up to 3 years of experience required, which may include internships and co-op assignments in a related field. This is ideal for candidates eager to develop a broad skill set in IT infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• VM and Server Support & Maintenance :

Manage VMs for Dev, QA, and Customer Support teams used for software development and testing.

Set up and manage test environments using internal networking tools.

Help troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Assist in building and configuring new production systems and expansions of existing systems.

Assist in testing new hardware, firmware, and software releases to ensure performance, compatibility, and stability before deployment.

Maintain and support network configurations including firewall and switch management.

Analyze and suggest improvements for the existing infrastructure with forward-thinking solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
