As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Bilingual Therapies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the physical development and well-being of students in K-12th grade.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing physical therapy services to students with diverse physical needs.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conducting assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring for each student.
- Offering support, training, and guidance to staff, parents, and caregivers.
- Ensuring that students have the opportunity to fully participate in their educational experiences.
Qualifications : To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications :
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor.
- The ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educational teams.
