A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead strategic customer engagements and complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-phase implementations and ensure overall success from discovery to measurable business impact
Orchestrate cross-functional teams and engage with senior customer stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder engagement to deliver projects on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success roles
Experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
A Master's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
