Overview
CFG Bank Arena is offering a paid internship program for the Summer. We are looking for individuals who want professional level experience and have the initiative, skills, and drive to excel.
This program will give individuals an opportunity to work alongside professionals in the live entertainment and venue management industry.
This internship will provide experience with Digital and Social Media Marketing, as well as exploring media relationships and corporate communication.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15.
For PT roles : Benefits : 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist with conceptualizing and curating content to be used to grow the CFG Bank Arena database and organic footprint across all digital platforms.
- Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media channels to support events, venue, guest services, promotional activity and premium sales goals, etc.
- Monitoring sites and engaging in real-time social media activities during event announcements and on sales, event days, etc.
- A creative eye for memes, hashtags, and other social media trends.
- Capture engaging, behind the scenes content to be used on event days.
- Assist with other duties as it relates to the marketing department & the requests by leadership team.
- Interns are a crucial part of our department; responsibility and accountability are a large component of the experience.
- Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain sensitive information.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Qualifications :
- Current Junior or Senior at an accredited university or graduated within the past 6-12 months.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Threads)
- Proven ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute projects.
- Knowledgeable in Photoshop and / or Canva.
- Knowledgeable in Sprout and other content management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn and openness to coaching.
Working Conditions :
Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required
