Reliability Manager
We are seeking a Reliability Manager to lead reliability and maintenance initiatives. Youll play a critical role in improving plant efficiency, reducing downtime, maximizing equipment uptime, and maintaining safe and reliable operations at a modern mill.

Salary : 112K 140K, plus an additional 25% bonus

Experience in the wood products or paper / pulp industry, or other heavy industrial / manufacturing settings, is ideal.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve recurring equipment and process failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA / RCFA), Reliability modeling and prediction, and Six Sigma and statistical process control.
- Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure equipment reliability and maintainability, including lifecycle management of new and modified assets.
- Guide repair / replace, redesign, and make / buy decisions based on reliability and value analysis.
- Analyze asset performance metrics such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), remaining useful life, and operating condition.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams and production personnel on equipment reliability.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.8+ years of industrial maintenance or reliability engineering experience with fixed plant equipment.Hands-on knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability tools, including Preventative Maintenance Cycles, Vibration analysis, and Lubrication.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.Project management and supervisory experience.Authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred Skills :
Experience in wood products, lumber, forestry industry, or other heavy industrial / manufacturing settings.Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability-focused software.Knowledge of OSB, lumber, or other mill processes.Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
