Role Overview

A seed-stage healthcare startup is transforming outpatient clinic operations through AI-powered automation—streamlining scheduling, intake, and patient communication. With strong customer traction and a $20M valuation, the company is scaling rapidly and hiring its first non-technical leader to own go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth.

This is a high-ownership role for a scrappy, strategic operator who thrives in conservative, high-stakes markets. You’ll work directly with the CEO, influence positioning, and lead demand generation across specialty practices like pediatrics, OB / GYN, rheumatology, and dentistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute specialty-specific marketing campaigns
• Build repeatable demand generation programs to fill the pipeline
• Create sales enablement content : case studies, pitch decks, one-pagers
• Collaborate closely with the CEO at a co-CEO level of involvement
• Test, scale, and iterate high-budget marketing bets with speed and precision
• 5–10 years in healthcare sales, consulting, or go-to-market roles
• Experience targeting private outpatient clinics
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and drive revenue
• Skilled in crafting trust-building sales materials
• Comfortable operating independently and influencing executive strategy
