Salary Range : $145,000 - $185,000 annually (DOE, plus bonuses)

The ideal candidate is strategic, highly skilled in trial work, and committed to delivering exceptional legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will :

Develop and implement litigation strategies focused on protecting and advancing father's rights in Family Law matters.

Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals.

Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare persuasive arguments to strengthen case positions.

Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, trial briefs, and settlement agreements.

Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and high-stakes courtroom trials.

Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and colleagues to build strong, evidence-based cases.

Provide mentorship and leadership to junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering professional growth and development.

Stay current with California Family Law statutes, evolving case law, and trial practices.

Balance a robust caseload while maintaining a strong client-centered approach.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active member of the California State Bar , in good standing.

8-10+ years of Family Law trial experience , with a proven track record of courtroom success.

Recognized achievements in trial advocacy, particularly in Family Law litigation.

Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, with the ability to craft and deliver compelling arguments.

Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated experience mentoring legal staff.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

High ethical standards and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
