Overview
Manager of Data Architecture at Latham & Watkins. This role is part of theTechnology & Information Services team and will lead the data architecture team, oversee design and implementation of the organization\'s data infrastructure, and develop data architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role is located in the Global Services office and may offer a hybrid / in-office schedule.
Base pay range
$160,000.00 / yr - $185,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of data architects and integration developers
- Overseeing the design, maintenance, and enhancement of data systems and processes
- Prioritizing resources and projects with the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Systems Integration and Project Manager
- Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver architecture solutions that drive business value
- Managing data-related projects, including timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
- Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and / or proprietary information retained by Latham & Watkins
Qualifications
Proven experience in data architecture, data management, and data integration with leadership responsibilitiesDeep understanding of data structures, database systems, data warehousing, and data modelingExperience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data architecture platforms (e.g., Azure, Fabric, Databricks)Minimum seven (7) years of experience in data architecture or related field with supervisory responsibilitiesBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldMaster\'s degree preferredBenefits & Additional Information
