Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinical Research team as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
In this role, you will play a vital role in the planning, implementation, and coordination of clinical research studies.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for advancing healthcare through research.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development of research protocols, study procedures, and data collection tools.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants into clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain informed consent from study participants and ensure their understanding of study procedures and risks.
- Collect and record data accurately and in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate study visits and procedures, including scheduling appointments, performing study assessments, and administering study interventions.
- Monitor participant safety and adverse events throughout the study period, reporting any concerns to the principal investigator and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain study documentation and regulatory files, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, study coordinators, and research assistants, to ensure the successful implementation of research studies.
- Participate in study meetings, training sessions, and continuing education activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to clinical research.
Qualifications :
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with experience in research or clinical trials preferred.
- Certification in Clinical Research (CCRC) or willingness to obtain certification within one year of hire.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance in clinical research.
