Job Summary :
Catering Manager oversees catering operations while adhering to company brand standards. Our Catering Managers need to be able to handle operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge all while embodying and promoting Love, Energy, and Food. Catering Managers must be capable of performing at all levels in the catering and sales department all while assisting the catering department. Priorities include the safeguarding of all existing catering accounts as well as actively soliciting new business. In this role, you will assist the catering department in building relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals. This is a full time position the individual needs to have a flexible schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintaining a positive work environment for your team members.
Coordinate and supervise the catering programs.
Ensure events and BEO’s are executed properly and seamlessly.
Assist the marketing team to promote catering business.
Supervise food arrangement and set up.
Book events.
Train team members.
Assist in proper execution of events.
Give tours of locations and discuss booking logistics, options, and menus with potential clients.
Knowledge :
Profit driving.
Familiarity with building menus for events.
Basic Google Workplace and Microsoft knowledge
