Director of Digital Applications

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Applications - Ambulatory and Population Health.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of digital application strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational performance

Oversee the implementation, integration, and support of digital applications, ensuring they meet functional and operational requirements

Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 7 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a healthcare setting

Proven experience with Epic Systems and other healthcare technology platforms

Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive successful project outcomes
