Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations and labor relations issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies
Conduct research to identify trends and patterns in employee relations and labor relations
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, reporting findings to align actions with data
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
2 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations and labor relations
3 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire (preferred)
