Job descriptionOur company heavy haul drivers earn $0.77–$0.80 CPM based on experience, with consistent miles and steady work. Drivers receive a $3,000 orientation completion bonus ($5,000 for those with Schnable experience). Pet Policy : One cat or dog allowed (ask driver consultant for details) Per diem at no cost to the driver Increased tarping pay Additional over-dimensional and trailer pay Vacation pay and career growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance & disability insurance 401(k) profit-sharing plan Flexible spending accounts & employee assistance program ELDs installed in every truck since 2009 APUs and inverters in every company truck Refrigerators available upon request Orientation package : Flights, car rentals, single rooms, and all meals covered (spouses welcome!)
