Shift : Night shift, Monday – Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts (20 : 30 – 07 : 00)

Hours per Week : 40

Call & Holidays : Required to take call and rotate holiday shifts

Charting System : Epic EMR

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2170 - $2230

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist

Previous charge experience required

ARRT (M) and ARRT (R) certifications

BLS certification (AHA preferred)

State of Texas Radiologic Technologist license

Proficiency with Epic charting system

Experience with 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Fine Needle Aspiration, Hologic 3D, Needle Localizations, Stereotactic Biopsy, and Radiation Safety

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered)

Preferred : Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I / II experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography exams

Operate advanced imaging equipment, including Hologic 3D mammography systems

Assist with fine needle aspirations, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsies

Adhere to radiation safety protocols and universal precautions

Deliver compassionate patient care and clear communication

Accurately document procedures and patient information in Epic EMR

Participate in call rotation and holiday shift coverage

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
