Software Development Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

Work independently and collaborate asynchronously with team members

Help build a chatbot for customer guidance and support escalation

Influence architectural design decisions and create tools for customer support

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline, or an Associate's Degree with 1+ year of experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is acceptable

Proven experience maintaining production software in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python

Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
