Pay : $55,000 $65,000 / year + commission

Experience : At least 3 years of consultative or B2B sales experience; proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Education : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Type : Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday Friday, Day Shift

Job Description :

• Develop and maintain strong client and agency relationships to drive advertising revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Create and present customized marketing and advertising proposals.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaign success.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize client results.
• Represent the company at networking and industry events within the assigned territory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
