We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Vaisala Xweather team for a hybrid position in our Louisville, Colorado office. You'll be part of a team dedicated to helping clients integrate and maximize the value of Xweather API, enabling them to power their digital products, analytics, and operational decisions with trusted weather data.

With Xweather API, accuracy, reliability, and data security are at the core of what we deliver. Our API empowers organizations to anticipate and respond to changing environmental conditions by delivering real-time and forecasted weather data directly into their applications and workflows. Customers rely on Xweather API for timely, actionable insights-ranging from local weather observations to global forecasts-supporting smarter planning, automation, and innovation across industries.

What's your role?

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customers see real value and stay engaged from onboarding through renewal
  • Proactively manage renewals, working with customers to understand their needs, address risks, and guide them toward timely contract decisions
  • Work with enterprise stakeholders (Director to C-level) to communicate value, resolve issues, and represent the customer's perspective
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts, helping to expand usage or introduce additional services
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to improve adoption and support long-term success
  • Track account health and document progress to ensure all renewals are on schedule and customers remain satisfied

What will you bring?

  • A technical or commercial degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Background in technology or SaaS, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Previous experience in the weather industry is an asset but not required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE : $80,000-$105,000 annually. (Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
