A company is looking for a Customer Account Director to increase revenue through customer renewals, upsells, and expansions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, maintaining detailed records in Salesforce
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify expansion opportunities and meet revenue targets
Lead presentations and manage account issues related to licensing, contracts, and renewals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
Experience managing a pipeline of named accounts with accurate forecasting abilities
Ability to influence stakeholders and map account whitespace effectively
Comfortable in rapidly changing environments and adapting sales processes
Must reside and work within the U.S. (excluding certain states)
