About The Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to support and implement our organic traffic initiatives for our marketplaces and brands. Reporting into the Head of Search, you will be joining a high-performing SEO team, working alongside experts in various marketing disciplines, such as paid media, email marketing, content & social media, product marketing, trade & B2B support, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Head of Search to execute the implementation of SEO strategies that drive organic growth and align with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities through research and user behavior insights.
• Prioritize and execute SEO initiatives, including onsite optimizations and offsite strategies, and contribute to developing and implementing our content strategy.
• Explore and implement AI optimization strategies to enhance content, identify new opportunities, and scale SEO workflows.
• Manage SEO-related projects, such as migrations and integrations of new web properties, ensuring alignment with SEO goals and coordination with teams like Content, Product, and Technology.
• Execute and evaluate our SEO testing with SearchPilot to measure the impact and guide decision-making.
• Conduct, review and implement solutions to improve crawlability, indexation, and site performance of Boats Group sites to improve our sites for users and search engines.
• Perform in-depth traffic and conversion analysis across our markets and portals to identify opportunities to enhance performance.
• Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and competitive landscapes, and share insights with colleagues and peers.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams by providing key SEO insights and requirements, proposing improvements, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Advocate for SEO best practices across the organization, educating and training teams, including Content, Product & Technology, and other marketing teams.
• Define and track SEO KPIs and report on progress to the Head of Search and other stakeholders.
