Overview
Digital Production Artist role at Screen Pilot. The Digital Production Artist supports the execution of digital-first marketing assets for travel, hospitality, and leisure clients, bringing creative concepts to life across digital platforms by producing, adapting, and delivering assets for paid media campaigns. Role ensures creative is executed accurately, on brand, and optimized for performance across display, social, search, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate creative concepts and design briefs into platform-ready digital assets, including static, animated, and video paid social ads, static and animated display banners, and related formats.
- Produce ad creative with strong marketing messaging and brand storytelling through design, strategic photography selection, and copywriting.
- Adapt and resize creative across formats and specifications for Meta, Google, programmatic display, video, and emerging platforms.
- Prepare final production files, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, color, and technical requirements.
- Prep and export final assets according to platform specs.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, media strategists, and account teams to execute ad creative on schedule.
- Maintain organized file structures, version control, and delivery processes.
- Stay current on digital ad requirements, file formats, best practices, and industry trends across major media platforms.
Key Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in digital production, graphic design, or related field (agency experience a plus).Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic animation tools (Jitter & Bannerify).Understanding of responsive design and basic HTML5 production (preferred).Familiarity with Figma for cross-functional collaboration and layout work.Familiarity with paid media platforms’ creative requirements (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic display, etc.).Understanding of paid social ad best practices, including what performs and how to scale variations.Attention to detail with QA, visual consistency, layout alignment, and technical accuracy.Fast, focused, and process-oriented—with excellent file naming and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Copywriting and / or marketing experience preferred, but not required.Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brand work preferred, but not required.Benefits

The salary range for this position has been established at $52,000 - $58,000 per year.
