The MRO Associate is responsible for overseeing the performance and execution of a managed MRO vendor, ensuring they meet the operational standards and expectations established within the North America (NA) MRO storeroom. This role ensures that the vendor effectively manages Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) spare parts, maintains inventory levels, and supports uninterrupted facility operations. The MRO Associate will be the primary liaison between the managed vendor and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company standards, cost-effectiveness, and continuous process improvements.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $65,250 - $145,200. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
