Description :

Inpatient rehabilitation experience is required.

Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility is preferred.

The facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced debilitating effects from severe injuries or illnesses.

Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment throughout the recovery journey.

Customized and intense rehabilitation programs are tailored to individual needs for those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

The organization strives to maximize health, function, and quality of life for those served through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

The facility is accredited by The Joint Commission and offers specialized programs.

The typical patient caseload ranges from 6 to 7 patients daily.

Experience with common diagnoses includes brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputees, cardiac issues, and orthopedic conditions.

A collaborative teamwork approach is essential in a fast-paced environment with short lengths of stay.

A graduate of an accredited physical therapy program is required.

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure successful discharges is key.
