Leasing Consultant / Managing Assistant

A full-time Leasing / Management Assistant opportunity is available with a well-established, family-owned property management company in Brockton, MA. This 100% onsite role offers a pay rate of $23 / hour, with a Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule, starting November 10 for a 1+ month assignment. The position provides the chance to work in a professional, resident-focused environment that values teamwork, communication, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate move-ins, maintenance requests, and resident inquiries.
• Maintain resident files, process rent payments, and prepare reports and correspondence.
• Assist with rental applications, inspections, and scheduling of property services.
• Support general office operations including supply ordering and administrative projects.
