Senior Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead and inspire our talented team of electrical, software, control, and system engineers. In this pivotal role, you will focus on employee development, project execution, and strategic planning, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The scope of work includes new product development, product transition to production, and heritage product sustainment in a DoD environment.

Physical Requirements :
Pay Range (USD) : $94,220.00 - $174,980.00
Pay Transparency Statement : The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Additional Compensation : Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
