RF Optimization Engineer

A company is looking for an RF Optimization Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Perform drive and walk test data collection and analysis for network optimization

Monitor and analyze network KPIs to identify and resolve performance issues

Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless site commissioning and provide recommendations for network enhancements

Required Qualifications

3-7 years of experience in RF optimization for LTE / 5G networks

Prior experience with T-Mobile network deployments and optimization projects

Hands-on experience with DAS / Small Cell optimization

Experience with leading DAS OEMs and RAN OEMs

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (Master's preferred)
