Safety Manager - NJ Licensed

A company is looking for a Safety Manager for Warehouse Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures in alignment with OSHA standards

Conduct safety audits and ensure documentation of incidents and corrective actions

Oversee safety training for new hires and current associates, including specialized training for equipment certification

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in safety, compliance, or risk management, preferably in warehouse or logistics

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards

Experience in leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field is preferred

OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training certification is a plus
