Responsibilities :

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Utilize Ariba software for system-related tasks, contributing to the ongoing implementation.
• Maintain and update records within Excel, applying intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide support.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Ensure timely payments and adherence to deadlines for all financial obligations.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support the accounts payable function.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Uphold confidentiality and data integrity in all financial activities.
