A company is looking for an Administration Support Specialist to provide support for 401(k) Administration Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data entry processes to ensure accuracy of plan and participant information
Coordinate the preparation and submission of contribution correction payment requests and oversee plan document management
Support reconciliation efforts and manage communication with clients regarding year-end filings
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in general office management preferred
Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure and IRS / DOL Regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
