Urban Planning Internship

KEITH is seeking a Planning Intern to join us our West Palm Beach, FL office to strengthen our growing firm. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. You will gain knowledge of fundamental planning and entitlement processes, permitting to carry-out the concurrent research, planning, design and processing of our urban planning projects, both for our private and public-sector clients. These projects typically entail due diligence, zoning research and analysis, site development, and other related improvements.

What you'll learn :

• CAD Design and Drafting
• Permitting and Plat procedures
• Site Plan Design, layout, parking and landscape layout, Urban Design, and more
• Site data research, analysis and calculations
• You'll prepare drawings utilizing AutoCAD
• How to coordinate activities with other disciplines, internally and externally
• You will be able to participate and contribute to design and production meetings
• Research, evaluate, compile and prepare material for permit applications
• And more!
