Assistant Community Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading property management company to fill their open Assistant Community Manager job in Fort Collins, CO. To qualify, you must have least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $23.00 and $24.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHHs benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this companys benefits programs.

Responsibilities :

• Providing excellent customer service to residents
• Facilitating move-in and move-out processes
• Coordinating community events
• Conducting property tours and assisting with lease applications
• Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations such as HUD, LIHTC, etc.
• Monitoring occupancy rates
• Collaborating with maintenance staff to complete work orders
• Assisting with rent collection
• All other related tasks as required
