Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Assistant Manager to oversee the maintenance of one of our properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property, while supervising a team of maintenance professionals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.

The expected pay range is $25.00 / hr - $35.44 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
