What You'll Do

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of accountants and clerks, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Financial Oversight : Oversee daily accounting operations, including standard cost / variance analysis, inventory transactions, and operational analysis.
• Reporting & Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in compliance with GAAP and other regulations. You'll also be responsible for financial, operational, and statistical reporting, with a focus on enhancing data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy across all accounting functions.
• Auditing & Controls : Facilitate coordination with both internal and external auditors, and implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
• Planning & Budgeting : Assist with operating budgets, analysis, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.
