Overview

Permanent Blow Mold Manager position located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Oversees direct blow molding operators and overall department workflow (50% on floor, 50% in office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct blow molding operators and overall department workflow.
• Balance on-floor and in-office leadership (50% on the floor, 50% in the office).
• Lead and develop the team with hiring, coaching, and management of operators.
• Troubleshooting and coordination of preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary up to 130,000+ per year, plus bonus and full benefits. Salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details : 125,000.00 to 135,000.00 per year.
