About the Role

We're Seeking a Passionate Inside Sales Associate - Sales Hunter Who's Ready to Make an Impact in Our Wood Veneer Company. You'll Manage Customer Relationships, Generate Leads, and Close Deals, Making a Pivotal Contribution to our Company's Success. This Role Requires a Results-Oriented, Proactive Attitude with a Willingness to go the Extra Mile.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll : Respond to Customer Inquiries, Generate Quotes, and Oversee the Order Process. Develop and Execute Telephone and E-mail Individual Sales Strategies to Develop New Accounts. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Customers, Keeping Track of Each Account's Needs and Progress.

Qualifications

2+ years of Experience in Sales or a Sales Related Field. Strong Phone Communication Skills and the Ability to Effectively Optimize Customer Interactions. High school Diploma or GED; Associate's degree or Higher Preferred. Proficiency with CRM software and Ability to Learn Inventory Software Quickly. Typing speed of 35+ WPM is required, Including Ability to Touch Type (without looking at keyboard)
