Position Overview
The Regional Director is an exciting role where top talent and strong work ethic will create financial success for the team and the individual! This position reports directly to our Vice President of Sales and Operations and oversees our District Managers both on sales performance and operations! They are responsible for achieving all Key Performance Indicators needed to protect our brand and grow our business! As the face of our company for their respective region, it is their responsibility to create a fun work environment that our employees and customers will love!

Required Experience and Education
High school education required. University degree is a recommended.Supervisory or management experience of sales team and multi-unit management experience are required.Ability to prepare and present a business plan to a group is required!Demonstrated record of achievement is prior leadership position is required.Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.Enthusiasm for retail and wireless technology and products is required!Position depends on :
