Order Filler

The Order Filler will support the operation to pull and sequence the orders received in an efficient timely manner to meet the shipping deadlines. Shifts - 1st shift : Mon - Thurs 7 : 00am to 6 : 30pm / Friday 8 : 30am to 10 : 30pm. 2nd shift : Mon - Wed 6 : 30pm to 7 : 00am / Thurs 6 : 30pm to 8 : 30am / Sun 10 : 30pm to 7 : 00am. Saturdays - As needed by customer demand.

Supervisory Responsibilities : None.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Receives incoming orders and selects the correct part from the warehouse and loads into dollies for staging the sequence order.
• Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.
• When problems arise, resolve issues with Supervisors and Leadership.
• Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Education and Experience : At least two years of related experience in warehousing or manufacturing required.

Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift 20-25 pounds at a time. Having the ability to push, pull, lift, bend and stand throughout the shift. Must wear safety gear, such as gloves when handling box cutters or similar tools.
