Manual Sorting Team Lead

Responsibilities :

• Assist the supervisor in daily planning, work assignments, and operational priorities.
• Manage and support team members to meet production and quality goals.
• Step in and perform supervisory duties when the supervisor is not present.
• Utilize SAP for inventory tracking, pallet verification, and production reporting.
• Scan pallets and verify accuracy of materials and documentation.
• Bring work to the team and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.
• File and maintain paperwork
• Work in the production line when operations require additional hands-on support.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and GMP guidelines.
