The Day-to-Day Hustle of an AT&T Customer Service Agent
- Being the friendly voice and face for AT&T, engaging customers directly in various settings.
- Proactively presenting and selling new AT&T products and services (like fiber and mobile) based on specific customer needs and usage.
- Actively listening to customers needs to identify and recommend relevant telecom sales solutions.
- Conducting detailed service and account reviews to ensure customers are getting the most from their current AT&T package.
- Troubleshooting basic service issues and seamlessly escalating complex technical support needs to the appropriate channel.
- Becoming a subject matter expert on all AT&T technology and promotional offers.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction while managing a busy daily schedule.
- Participating in ongoing product knowledge sessions together with other AT&T Customer Service Agents to keep your internal software updated.
