Key Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated account portfolio of up to 15 biopharma accounts, focusing on value acceleration
Understand customer goals and strategies to align solutions and drive product adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product and sales strategies based on customer insights
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
Experience in strategic program and project management
Background in RWD health analytics, CROs, or systems integrators in healthcare
Understanding of drug development and / or clinical trials
