A growing financial services firm in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a highly skilled Director of Accounting to lead its accounting operations. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a CPA with deep experience in loan accounting and financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all accounting functions, with a focus on loan accounting and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and reporting packages

Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic financial initiatives

Be available to work extended hours when necessary to meet critical deadlines

Qualifications :

Active CPA license (required)

Extensive experience in financial services and loan accounting

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Willingness to relocate to Pompano Beach, FL

Flexibility to work late hours when needed
