Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, set to begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in 2026. We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. The Role

We’re seeking a versatile Producer / Editor who can shape compelling, brand-driven video content across digital platforms. You’ll partner with marketing, social media, creative, and operations teams to develop, produce, and execute video storytelling that amplifies Boston Legacy FC’s voice, mission, and fan engagement. You’ll be crafting striking, stylish, and engaging stories that grow the Boston Legacy brand and connect with fans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the editing of brand campaigns, club storytelling, social-first content, matchday features, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the Boston Legacy FC identity.
• Tailor edits and content strategy for specific platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.), optimizing formats for performance, engagement, and reach.
• Deliver content that resonates with fans and reflects our values, by shaping narrative, tone, and emotional impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, social media, club operations, and external agencies / partners to bring concepts from ideation to final cut.
• Stay abreast of editing trends, new formats, cultural shifts, and social best practices to keep club content fresh and competitive.
• Support production logistics : gear prep, organizing shoots, rental coordination, light troubleshooting on-site.
• Generate and pitch new video feature ideas (e.g. “behind the scenes,” player profiles, community initiatives, club history) tailored for web and social.
• Occasionally assist on-location shoots (camera support, light direction, asset oversight).
• Other duties as assigned in support of the club’s media goals.
